RFID Sensor Transponder

Die HF- und UHF-Sensortransponder von microsensys stellen eine Produktkategorie dar, welche die Eigenschaften von Transpondern um die Messung von sensorischen Größen erweitert. Diese passiven drahtlosen Sensoren arbeiten ohne eine Batterie und werden allein durch die Antenne des Lesegerätes mit Energie versorgt.
Das Angebot an RFID-Sensortranspondern wird seit Jahren ständig erweitert, so dass inzwischen eine große Produktpalette für verschiedenste Applikationen verfügbar ist. microsensys bietet die HF-Sensortransponder unter der Produktreihe TELID®200 und die UHF-Sensortransponder unter der Produktreihe TELID®400 an. Auch die Entwicklung und Fertigung von kundenspezifischen Sensortranspondern ist möglich.

TELID®200

RFID Sensor Transponder (HF)

Mit der TELID® 200er Baureihe erhalten Sie eine Kombination aus RFID-Transponder und Sensorik zur Messung von physikalischen Messgrößen. Hierbei sind insbesondere Druck, Beschleunigung, Dehnung, Feuchte und elektrische Leitfähigkeit von wesentlichem Interesse. Eine Zustandserfassung just-in-time und das Ablegen der eben gemessenen Werte im integrierten Speicher stellt einer der Hauptfunktionen dar.
Auch komplexere Funktionen wie digitale I/O Ports zum Anschluss von Speichern, Microcontrollern oder digitalen Subsystemen stehen zur Verfügung.
TELID®200 Produkte arbeiten batterielos ohne interne Energiequellen.

TELID®400

RFID Sensor Transponder (UHF)

Während bei der TELID®200 Baureihe die meisten Komponenten auf dem D14-TAG basieren, ist der UHF-Transponder Q72-TAG Grundlage der TELID®400 Baureihe. Auch hier stehen für die kontaktlose Messung unterschiedliche physikalische Größen wie beispielsweise Temperatur zur Verfügung, zusätzliche Funktionen werden ständig erweitert.
Die RFID-Sensor-Transponder können auf metallischem und nicht-metallischem Untergrund verwendet werden. TELID®400-Transponder eignen sich insbesondere Applikationen im Freien und dort, wo größere Lesereichweiten erzielt werden sollen.
